Using Turkish documents in Saudi Arabia
The Convention entered into force for Saudi Arabia on 7 December 2022. Public documents issued in Türkiye are generally accepted by the authorities in Saudi Arabia with an apostille; no consular legalisation is needed.
Authorities in Saudi Arabia usually ask for a certified translation into Arabic. Some accept a Turkish sworn translation that has been notarised and apostilled; others prefer a translation by a sworn translator in Saudi Arabia. Thanks to our international network we can offer both options.
