Data processed and purposes
The name, e-mail address, phone number, message and documents you send via the contact form or by e-mail are processed solely to assess your request, prepare a quote and provide the service.
Personal data contained in your documents (such as identity, civil-status, education, health or criminal-record data) is processed only as far as the translation and legalisation require.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (KVKK Art. 5/2(c), GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2(f), GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); special categories of data are processed on the basis of your explicit consent or where permitted by law.
Recipients
Where necessary to provide the service, data may be shared with our translators, notaries, public authorities, consulates, courier companies and our e-mail provider (Google Workspace). For international files, and at your request, data may be transferred to our offices and partners abroad.
Retention
Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after a reasonable period. Records relating to services are kept for the statutory retention periods.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not load third-party analytics.
