Using Turkish documents in Kosovo
The Convention entered into force for Kosovo on 14 July 2016. Public documents issued in Türkiye are generally accepted by the authorities in Kosovo with an apostille; no consular legalisation is needed.
Authorities in Kosovo usually ask for a certified translation into Albanian, Serbian. Some accept a Turkish sworn translation that has been notarised and apostilled; others prefer a translation by a sworn translator in Kosovo. Thanks to our international network we can offer both options.
