Using Turkish documents in Poland
The Convention entered into force for Poland on 14 August 2005. Public documents issued in Türkiye are generally accepted by the authorities in Poland with an apostille; no consular legalisation is needed.
Authorities in Poland usually ask for a certified translation into Polish. Some accept a Turkish sworn translation that has been notarised and apostilled; others prefer a translation by a sworn translator in Poland. Thanks to our international network we can offer both options.
